The address book in Prismatic allows you to add and categorize others' wallet addresses to facilitate quick and easy transactions. Adding a contact to the address book allows you to point and click on that contact when making a transaction, rather than having to type the full wallet address again. The basic purpose of the address book is to keep the addresses of contributors and business associates, in order to handle payments in a transparent and easily accountable manner. Wallet addresses in the address book cannot be duplicates, each must be unique. 'Category' labels can be created and assigned to individual wallet addresses. Multiple category labels can be applied to a single address, and renaming or removing/replacing a category will change the label across all addresses that it has been applied to. Type a new category name and simply change it or remove the old one and assign a new one from all your categories
At the top right of the address book screen, click the 'Add' button. The category and name fields are optional, however using them is recommended for convenience. The address book is sorted by address, name, and label which makes searching through it easier and faster. All previously saved labels can be selected from the list.
Click 'Add to Address Book'. Congratulations! The addresses are now saved in your address book. The address book has options to search for, edit and filter addresses by their category labels. By utilizing the search field users will be able to filter contacts by label, address, and name.
